Service Description
Join us for a small group fitness 6- week class for up to three people every week. We will meet at Plyobox every Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm-7pm. This is a commitment of 6 weeks to achieve your fitness goals. This boot camp class is designed to keep your curves while burning stubborn fat and targeting problem areas such as glutes, arms, and abs through a combination of strength training, cardio exercises, and medium-intensity to high-intensity interval training (HIIT). The intervals aim to tone and sculpt these specific muscle groups while also improving overall cardiovascular fitness. Participants can expect a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and functional movements to effectively challenge and strengthen the targeted areas. Additionally, the class may incorporate various equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, and stability balls to provide a diverse and dynamic workout experience.
